Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I posted anything — I can’t say it’s been a very productive and happy year for me (like for many of us, I guess), but my two books The Darkest Path (kinky MMMMF) and Soulhunter (paranormal bromance) are progressing, just so that you know 🙂

If you follow me on Facebook or Tumblr, you might have noticed I’ve been fangirling about the Chinese BL series Word Of Honor since June. If you haven’t watched it yet, I highly recommend it. It’s romance at its best. It’s free on YouTube (except for the epilogue) and also on Viki and Netflix.

I recently wrote a Word of Honor fanfic Light on Your Body —very angsty, very explicit, and spoiler-ish 🙂 And I also started a fanfic rec list on my Tumblr blog.

I enjoyed reading the novel the series is based on, Faraway Wanderers by Priest. But at the moment, only unofficial English translations of it exist and the original is “locked for revisions” on the Chinese website JJWXC, probably because of the recent restrictions against LGBTQ content in China, so the author gains nothing from it!

Since it’s my birthday today, I have a wish 🙂 If you check out Priest’s other novels and happen to like them (you can find the full list here, with links to fan translations and official editions — I especially recommend Mo Du), maybe consider supporting her by buying her other novels on JJWXC? There’s even an instruction how to do it 🙂 If we support what we like, we might get more of it!
